Kids and Adults are invited to create short films which we will show at the
PALISADES SHORT FILM FESTIVAL.

Rules:
- Films can be created by kids, adults or in partnership
- Rating PG-13. (No bloody violence, sexual content or inappropriate language)
- Films should not exceed 10 minutes in length (suggested length about 5 minutes)
- Genres can include: comedy, drama, abstract, music video or commercials
- No "home movies" of the family, please!
- All films must be in DVD form able to be played on a standard DVD player.
- Label DVD and DVD case with your name.
- All films will be viewed first and selected for the event
