This is a wonderful class for beginners and those with pilates experience.
Classes are a fun mix of stretching, core stabilization and toning exercises all set to music.
Cost for 3 classes is $40 or $15 per class. As always, first class is free.

Bring a mat, a towel, water and sneakers.
