Community Conversations Continue About 20 residents of Palisades and surrounding communities have been gathering bi-weekly at the Palisades Church at 1:00 pm for participant led discussions that cover a wide range of topics from spotty cellphone service to the relationship between the town and the Lamont- Doherty Earth Observatory to ways to come to one another’s aid in times of distress. Mostly, though, these gatherings are an opportunity for neighbors to share stories, learn more about one another and deepen the personal bonds that can become strained in our hectic world. Tasty refreshments are served. This month’s meetings will take place on March 7 and March 21 at the Palisades Presbyterian Church. All are welcome!
