The first edition of our hamlet’s iconic cookbook series was published in 1961; and each unique edition is a time capsule from Palisades’ past. This fourth edition contains 150+ all new recipes, photos and artwork, all submitted by Palisadeans past and present. Neighbors generously shared favorite recipes—some remembered fondly from childhoods around the country and the world, others from their travels, and even a few that kept their families entertained and fed throughout the quarantine period of the Covid-19 pandemic. $25 per cookbook, pick up at the library or ship for $8.
