HOURS
Open Monday through Thursday, 11:00 am – 8:00 pm, Friday and Saturday from 11:00 am – 5:00 pm and Sunday from 1:00 – 5:00 pm. Closed for Memorial Day and Summer Sundays beginning June 18.
FARM DAY, Monday, October 9
10:00 am – 2:00 pm. Enjoy a family–friendly day at Lomar Farms (380 Oak Tree Road). Daytime activities open to the community: Vendors, animals, games, activities, crafts and face painting for the kids. Dinner at 6:00 pm. Enjoy a delightful dinner under the stars with a variety of dishes, amazing wines and live music. Proceeds benefit the Palisades Free Library.

Abby Stein: Becoming Eve (Virtual)

activist Abby Stein left the Hasidic community she was raised in. Her memoir is, Becoming Eve: My Journey from Ultra Orthodox Rabbi to Transgender Woman.

Have you ever read a book and ever thought I COULD DO THAT! November is National Novel Writing Month and now is your chance! Anytime throughout the month of November you can register to come to the library and pick up printed materials to make your own book! You can keep it for yourself OR you can bring it to the Children’s Room and have your book shelved in our special collections so others can read your story too!
