Local landscape gardener Judy Tomkins has found that Deer Out works best to deter deer from eating plants. It is available through Amazon.com.

Do It Yourself Deer Repellent
1 cup water; 3 eggs; 1/3 cup; Tabasco Sauce; 1/3 cup liquid dishwashing soap. Optional: 1 to 2 beef bouillon cubes

Mix in blender. Strain and pour into a gallon tank sprayer. Spray plants thor- oughly once a week. Wear gloves and goggles to protect eyes from Tabasco.
