OUR KITCHEN RENOVATION IS FINALLY HAPPENING!
After years of saving your donations, memberships and rental fees, we finally raised the funds needed to begin our much-needed kitchen renovation. We are grateful to Larry Bucciarelli, Susan Nemesdy, Henry Ottley and Paul Riccobono for donating their time and expertise to this project. We welcome anyone who would like to volunteer. We can’t wait to show you our new kitchen!

Producer, Executive Director, and winner of 6 Emmys and 5 Ace Awards, Al helped to shape what PBS is today, beginning with The Great American Dream Machine and Bill Moyer’s Power or the Myth, just to name two of his lifetime achievements. Join us as he shares footage and remembrances of his work in the early stages of PBS. .

Palisades Indoor Winter Farmers’ Market Returns for our 9th season!
Saturday, Jan 14 9:00 am-1:00 pm

We are lining up our favorite farmers and have a waiting list of new guest vendors. We will be adding special events and workshops to our schedule, so stay tuned! We are pleased to not only make available to you just-picked, local produce and artisanal food products but to offer you a cozy gathering place during the cold winter months.

Your patronage enables us to bring the farms to you every Saturday! See you!

School House 1918. This building, now the Palisades Community Center, was built in 1870 and used as the Palisades School until 1930.

Blooming Hill Organic Farm Delivery
While we wait for our Winter Farmers’ Market to return mid-January, every Friday morning individual bags of just-picked organic fruit and veggies are dropped off at the PCC.

Bags are $45 each. We offer Balthazar Bread and organic eggs. Order when you want. If you would like to try it, e-mail us at <PCC@palisadesny.com<.

This is our LAST CALL!!!!

We are in the FINAL stages of updating the popular Palisades phone directory. The last directory was compiled in 2008. The Absolute FINAL Deadline for listings is OCTOBER 31.

We thank Michael Tersigni as he steps off the PCC Board for his dedicated service. For our handicap ramp project, he donated his architectural skills and helped to oversee all aspects of the project. He and David Palachek gave freely their graphic design talents. We will miss him, but are delighted that he has offered to assist us with the handicap bathroom and kitchen project.
