Yes! It is a giant Earth Worm. It’s sure to catch your eye and even then, you have to look twice. What is it?
On Cristina Biaggi’s lawn, a giant worm wriggles in and out of the lawn. This “Eulogy to the Earthworm” sculpture was created by her brother, Gianni Biaggi, for Collaborative Concepts’ 15th annual fall sculpture festival at Tilly Farm in Brewster, featuring works by forty artists across New York. Gianni, of Lausanne, Switzerland (formerly of Rockland) created the two huge sections of the worm from high-density foam finishing it with hard coat and paint. It was fabricated in New York with the assistance of Cristina.
